7. Membership
7.1 The Organisation initially consists of the three Foundation Unions named in clause 4.1.

7.2 Other National Deaf Rugby Unions may be admitted as members of the Organisation by application to the Council with such supporting information as the Council from time may require. The Council shall then submit the application for membership to the next meeting of the Assembly and the applicant of a resolution to that effect by the Assembly.

7.3 It shall be the obligation of each member to pay to the Organisation when required the annual subscription as fixed from time by resolution of the Assembly.

7.4 A member may resign on three (3) month's notice in writing to the Secretary- General of the Organisation.
